The Crawlens service (“Service”) is offered by Crawlens (“Company”) to provide businesses and individuals access to a collection of resources related to visual regression testing and performance monitoring, including search analytics and optimization tools. The Company may change the Service from time to time by adding, modifying, suspending, or discontinuing features. Your access is conditioned on compliance with these Terms Of Use and our Privacy Policy.

II. Conditions Governing All Users

The Service is available only to human users (not bots) who are 13 years of age or older. Users must submit truthful and accurate information and maintain its accuracy. You agree not to impersonate any entity or misrepresent your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must inform Crawlens immediately of any security breach. Portions of the Site may be accessible by search engines and crawlers.

III. Conditions Governing Subscribers

A User who pays for the Service is a “Subscriber”. Subscriptions recur either monthly or annually. Subscribers are responsible for cancellation prior to automatic renewal. You must ensure payment information is accurate and respect maximum payment terms. Failure to process charges may result in subscription cancellation and loss of data.

IV. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Monthly subscriptions can be refunded if the request is made within 7 days of invoicing. For yearly payments, we can refund only the remaining full months. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

V. Service Limitations

Crawlens may establish limits concerning the use of the Service, including access frequency. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice. We aim for constant availability but may limit access if we consider the Application is being used abusively (e.g., through automated access that causes system strain).

VI. Trademarks; Copyrights; Proprietary Rights

Crawlens owns all visual interfaces, graphics, design, computer code, and all other elements of the Service. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our content without express permission. By providing data to the service, you grant Crawlens a non-exclusive license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

VII. Liability Limitation

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS-IS'. DC ARCHIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DC ARCHIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO ACCESS IT.

These terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
